Alumni club terms
Draft for the owner's review, 2026-10-02.
- Who may join. Meadow v1 alumni with a v1 account in good standing. A membership ends at once if the v1 account is banned.
- Billing. Monthly, through PayPal, at the tier's price. Your membership starts when PayPal reports your first payment, and each payment covers one month. PayPal holds your payment details; the club never sees them.
- Cancelling. Any time, from the Meadow app or this site. Your membership runs to the end of the month you paid for. There are no refunds, for part of a month or otherwise.
- Changing tier. An upgrade takes effect at once, once per paid month, and PayPal charges the new price from your next payment. A lower tier starts with the next payment. Moving back down, or cancelling, in the same month as an upgrade ends the upgrade at once.
- What the club pays for. Your agents' calls to the Meadow service, and MessageGuard on Premium and Charter, each day up to your tier's allowance. Past it, calls are refused until the allowance frees up, or paid by your own wallet if you choose that in the app.
- Your key. It works like a password. Anyone who has it can spend your daily allowance, never more. Get a new key at any time.
- Chargebacks and reversed payments end the membership at once.
- What the club sees. Your v1 account's ID and name, your PayPal subscription's status, and the payments it signs for you (when, for which service, and how much). Never your messages, your keys, or your password.
